First will be in the (D:) drive and the second will be in the (C:) drive. There are two main places to find patient files.
If you need to keep your patient files, be sure they are backed up before deleted. If you sell your machine to Atlas, we will always check to ensure patient files are deleted properly but have provided any easy step by step guide below that anyone can follow to complete this process on a CEREC AC Omnicam or Bluecam. It may seem like a daunting task, but the process is simple and straightforward and an important step you should take when you’re ready to move your used equipment out of your office. Atlas commonly sees this occur on the CEREC machines we refurbish. An important step often missed when dental offices upgrade to new technology or equipment is creating backups and deleting patient files off their old equipment.
